with a Kinner R-540-1 engine , c/n 6277. It was accepted on 15 Dec 1941 and received by
the Army on 17 Dec 1941.

- It was then delivered by air to the 8th Army Air Forces Flying Training Detachment at
Sequoia Field, Visalia, Calif.,on 8 Jan 1942. The civilian contract flight school at Visalia was
operated by the Visalia-Dinuba School of Aeronautics. It accumulated 569.4 hours by 30 Nov
1942.

- On 8 Oct 1942, it was transferred to the 10th Army Air Forces Flying Training Detachment
